· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- preferrable Universities are; ODTÜ, Boğaziçi, İTÜ, Koç Uni., Sabanci Uni., YTÜ
· Having experience in production is a plus,
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
· Thinking broadly about business,
· Understanding needs of the market & customer,
· Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
· Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
· Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
· Building collaboration,
· Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is in Tuzla, Istanbul.
İŞ TANIMI
· To help the production by following the daily production plan
· clarifies and validates new product references on the process line
· Identify bottleneck areas
· Reduction and cost reduction projects,
· Take part in cost-saving and energy-saving projects
· Reduce the overtime period
· Work safety studies
