QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
pladis is looking for Production Engineer for our pladis Turkey Tekirdağ Çorlu Continental Confectionery Company Gum and Candy Factory.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Responsibilities
- Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,
- Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production,
- Minimizing the production costs and losses,
- Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,
- Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,
- Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions.
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from Food Engineering,
- 1-4 years of experience in food sector production departments (Preferably in FMCG),
- Experienced in technical analysis, reporting, quality control technics, raw material and lean production & anagement,
- Fluent in English,
- Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem-solving methods,
- Analytical, open minded, team player and good communication skills,
- Positive, energetic and result-oriented,
- Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Willing to reside at Çorlu, Lüleburgaz, Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ.
