QUALIFICATIONS

pladis, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey is looking for R&D Specialist in Gum & Candy Factory in Tekirdag/Çorlu. The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
• Experience in a reputable multinational company is preferable,
• Min 3 years experience on Candy Confectionery R&D is required,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills,
• Being familiar with laboratory equipment/instruments, and experience in candy confectionery production machines,
• Analytical minded, innovative, result-oriented and good at teamwork,
• Customer focus (Internal & External), effective problem-solving ability,
• Willing to locate in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Lüleburgaz,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage theresponsible R&D operations,
• To optimize related materials formulations, processes, products,
• To perform processing experiments / and to the R&D projects/studies,
• To adapt new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques,
• To write experimental results and technical reports and presenting them in English,
• To carry out theoretical or empirical modeling of measurement results.
