QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Production Engineer or similar responsibilities in production related business,
- Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods,
- Effectively using MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Fluency in English both written and spoken,
- Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,
- Living in or willing to relocate on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, preferably close to Tuzla
- No restriction to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Counting, tracking and reporting of materials in production
- Planning, production and delivery of orders and follow-up
- Follow-up of maintenance of machines in production
- Creation of the dispatch plan of the orders that have been finalized, taking the necessary actions for the smooth progress of the shipment operation,
- Preparation and follow-up of daily work orders,
- Raw material stock follow-up, opening purchase orders,
- Preparation of reports on production, shipment and efficiency,
- To define the capacities of assembly stations, to carry out operation and analysis studies,
- Opening of orders and production orders from the relevant department, giving deadlines, reporting the deadline process,
- Coordinating sales, planning, purchasing and production in order to produce orders at the right time,
- Leading material and production planning with customer service team members,
- To follow up the timely delivery of vendor orders so that production is not disrupted,
- To control warehouse movements and take stocks
