GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Üniversitelerin Makine Mühendisliği, Endüstri Mühendisliği, Malzeme Mühendisliği, alanlarından mezun,
- En az 3 yıl üretim deneyimine sahip
- MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip
- Yazılı & sözlü iletişim yeteneği güçlü, insan ilişkilerinde başarılı
- Organizasyon, takip ve raporlama yönü güçlü
- Analitik düşünebilen
- Dinamik bir ortamda, hızlı ve sonuç odaklı çalışabilen
İŞ TANIMI
- Üretim hedeflerini takip ederek, iyileştirme çalışmalarını planlamak, yürütmek
- OEE (overall equipment efficiency) verilerini analiz edilerek, performans, kalite ve zaman kayıplarını azaltıcı faaliyetleri yürütmek
- Yalın üretim araçlarını uygulayarak, üretim süreçlerinin verimli şekilde gerçekleşmesine katkıda bulunmak
- Ürün ve iş akışını analiz ederek iyileştirme çalışmalarını yürütmek ve takip etmek
