QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for colleagues with the following qualifications for our company, which is the leader of the sector in the field of plastic raw material production, in order to carry out production activities, to ensure the management of production units, to increase the efficiency of current production methods and the efficiency of production costs through process improvement studies.
• Graduated from engineering departments of universities
• Min. 5 years production management experience
• Preferably with plastic and extrusion experience,
• Strong machine-equipment technical infrastructure,
• Knowledge of systems related to efficiency, performance measurement and improvement,
• Experienced in production organization and personnel management and open to continuous learning and teaching,
• To follow the processes of production and take responsibility,
• Strong planning and organizational skills, management skills; Competence in team management, management with targets and coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, follow-up and reporting skills,
• Analytic, detail oriented mind with reporting and planning skills,
• Ability to work in teams and skillful in problem solving,
• Competent in occupational safety and worker health
• Experienced in Quality Management Systems and process management,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Active Driver (B Class)
