QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a “Production Manager” who ideally is/has:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments
- Fluent English
- Minimum 10 years overall experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in production management
- Master in quality systems and operations
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, result oriented and team management
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- MS Excel, Word & Outlook computer skills are essential
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establishing the production targets according to the orders and determined quality, ensure that the desired time and amount is realized
- Taking appropriate actions for the daily production schedule
- Supervizing all activities in the factory and the units connected to him to make further improvements
- Managing the development and installation of new products
- Performing, managing and supervising the company's annual budget
- Following and finalizing the processes and the company's foreseen investments via taking active roles
- Increasing customer satisfaction by following customer expectations and complaints
- Reporting to the top management by following the factory production performance indicators
- Organize work power to meet specifications and deadlines
