GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from engineering departments
- Preferably have experience in manufacturing factories in the health sector
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Preferably fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Experienced in using ERP (preferably MICRO)
- Advanced leadership skills, analytical, results-oriented, strong problem-solving direction, well-developed communication skills
- Developed organizational and planning skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure that the production processes are carried out effectively in accordance with the production plan, in order to meet the determined cost and quality targets
- To produce in accordance with the work schedule, workplace procedures and specifications and to deliver on time
- To monitor the technological developments in the sector and to examine the applied production techniques and tools
- To determine the most appropriate number and distribution of personnel in accordance with the changing conditions in production
- To control the accuracy of the orders and to give a realistic delivery date in accordance with the targets
- Planning and executing maintenance for the continuity of tools and machines in production
- To prepare daily and weekly production reports to the Senior Management
- To determine the training needs for the production department
