QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a “Production Manager” for our multinational client in Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ.

Responsibilities

· Managing and evaluating entire production process,

· Planning and organising production schedules according to project goals,

· Leading and monitoring quality assessments and initiate improvement processes,

· Ensuring a safe production environment,

· Coordinating the production process in line with internal and external business partners,

· Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field,

· 10+ years of experience in production management,

· 5+ years of experience in people management and mentoring talent,

· Deep knowledge of production & manufacturing processes, global trends and technologies,

· Experienced in quality management systems and health & safety regulations,

· Advanced level of English is a must,

· Able to adapt and excel in a growing environment,

· Strong ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility,

· Exceptional planning and organisational skills,

· Strong leadership skills and goal oriented approach.
