QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Definition
- To follow regularly the production capacity utilization
- To guide and assist related departments in their research for increasing productivity
- To plan and coordinate the production process
- To achieve best utilization of the avalable labour force by performing process time studies
- To schedule and control the production according to the open orders
- To prepare and present to the top management the reports like machine, capacity, productivity and labor performance
- To check and control the deviations in the production schedule and take necessary actions in case there are any
- To monitor and present to the top management the need of the production department for additional machines, tools, fixtures etc.
- To organise and coordinate studies for reducing scrap and production time losses
- To follow the synchronization of the production and deliveries according to the customers requested schedules
- To participate in the process of analysing defective products achieved either during production or received from customers and be able to give necessary decisions, to control the process of sorting and rework
- Üretim maaliyetlerini minimize etmek için gerekli tedbirleri almak, her ürünün reel üretim zamanlarını tespit etmek ve bu zamanları iyileştirmek için gerekli çalışmaları yapmak,
- To perform necessary actions for cost minimisation in the production process, to monitor and improve the real production times
- To work closely with the Quality Assurance Department for continuous improvement in the quality level
- To monitor and take necessary actions to achieve the targets in KPIs set by the top management
Qualifications
· Graduated from Engineering Department of the Universities, perferably Industiral or Elecrical Electronics Engineer
· Advanced level in English language (Speaking-Reading- Writing)
· Min 3 years experience in production and team leading in automotive industry
· To have good level of managerial and comunicational skills
· Good level of knowledge of ERP systems
· Advanced level of MS Office programs, self motivated researcher, goal oriented, open minded and adopted to analytical approach
