We are looking for a Production Manager for our client. Our client is a multinational manufacturer.

Location : Istanbul / Anatolian side.

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and evaluate entire production process,
Managing Daily and weekly production plan of plant and related reports according to customer demand with sales department and production department,
Guide and ensure forecast delivery, inventory control, reserve capacity, support demand, and allocation processes in collaboration with relevant departments,
Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction,
Maintain a safe production environment,
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders,
Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives,
Have a good command of raw sheet metal manufacturing processes and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field,
10+ years of experience in field, 5+ years of management experience,
Manufacturing experience in iron sheet or automotive industries,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
Strong organizational and managerial skills,
Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness, operations management, budget development and oversight Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results while developing a strong team.
