QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a talented and experienced“Production Manager” who will be responsible for managing all manufacturing processes in our global company located in Manisa MOSB.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments (preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical engineer),
- Minimum 10 years overall experience and preferably min. 5 years in managerial roles,
- Preferably experienced at Plastic Injection Production plant,
- Having knowledge and experience in quality assurance systems and process management (IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001),
- Experienced in lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, FMEA, SPC, 8D,
- Having experience about injection machines, assembly lines, maintenance,
- Qualified in making and managing budget of Production Department,
- Having strong leadership and problem solving skills,
- Result oriented and experienced in team management,
- Will work in accordance with the company's rules and environment health&safety procedures,
- Excellent command of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP programs,
- Flexible to travel abroad.
Job Definition
- Management of all manufacturing operations, oversight of facilities and equipment,
- Management of technical maintenance,
- Leading budgef of the department, oversight of production planning and scheduling,
- Assuring that production operations are staffed and conducted so as meet delivery, cost, scrap rates and quality targets,
- Developing KPI and maintaining this data to ensure forward progress and effectiveness,
- Ensuring that resources are used in the best optimized way and constantly searching for improvement,
- Managing/leading daily production operations,
- Analyze workforce requirements, and ensure manufacturing operating in the most efficient and cost-effective manner,
- Responsible for reporting; status of company objectives on a periodic basis to upper management,
- Supporting continuous improvement activities,
- Providing support and advice to staff on production issues.
