QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
Would you like to manage production in BSH? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as:
/ Leading a team of 500+ people including Shop-floor Teams, Engineers and Section Heads
/ Strive to increase productivity across all product lines, track and improve production KPI's in line with factory’s goals and strategic plans
/ Foster factory’s lean production philosophy and problem solving culture. Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance from proven industry practice and methodologies
/ Ensure successful introduction of new product and process launches, machine and equipment, infrastructure and layout projects within the entire production value stream
/ Investigating, developing and implementing state of art i4.0 technologies and resource efficiency solutions in line with factory’s sustainability and digitalization roadmap
Your Profile
/ University degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or similar
/ Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience (ideally in a factory/manufacturing environment, white goods/automotive or similar industry) and 5+ years in a management role
/ Solid organizational and management skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally to influence outcomes
/ Proven success and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Shop-floor Management, i4.0 core technologies and digitalization with transformational projects
/ Strong track record of results. Proven Project Management, Factory budget and Cost management experience
/ Ability to work closely with operational level and have an impact on Business Stakeholders, Operational Managers and teams on the shop-floor
