QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsibilities

  • Direct contact with Sales department to collect freeze orders and FC data.
  • Creating and updating machine & operator chart for Sales FC data.
  • Leading and supporting manpower and machine investment studies via reliable machine&operator capacity plan.
  • Preparing needed sub-component list based on orders & FC and share with Materail planners.
  • Creating an effective production plan while optimasing tools,brand logo, Diameter variations vs vulcanization press and Crimping press capacity.
  • Reporting and analyzing all outputs of production.
  • Supporting MES activities
  • Supporting productivity studies
  • Close contact with Logistic department for stock management.
  • Supporting to production planners when needed.
  • Following production rate & plan ; if neccecary makes levelling activities.
  • Able to use all neccecary softwares for palnning (Logo ERP, Tiger,)

• Qualifications

  • University degree from Industrial Engineering departments
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Very good level of English.
  • Advance Level of MS Office Applications
