Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Production & Process Engineer.
Your contribution to something big:
- Main responsible for heat exchanger workshop (planning, feasibility, layout, capacity, ramp-up, stabilization, process improvement, efficiency gain, quality activities)
- Generate and implement new working methods/systems to continuously improve manufacturing productivity, capacity, flexibility, quality and delivery performance
- Derive and implement System-CIP projects
- TTM project member for new projects in responsibility area
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Material Engineering degree with manufacturing background
- Shopfloor experience, good communication and presentation skills with all levels of associates in the organization
- Experience in Machine and Equipment Investments
- Problem solving via analytic approach (e.g 8D, PSS,) while ensuring standardization and organizational learning
- Willing to work hands-on at the shopfloor for sustainable problem solving
- Experience in Process FMEA, Control Plan
- Language skills (English is must, German is an asset)
