Your challenges?
Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery. Create the autonomy of the teams by developing their multiskilling as regards production, maintenance, communication and safety.
Coach and animate the industrial resources of sites to share targets, actions, standards and good practices.
Monitor and manage the people efficiency, continuous improvement , process and product.
Perform periodic appraisals to recognize good performance, identify training needs and initiate corrective action plans.
Understand product specification and customer related requirement.
Improve production line performance on quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety.
Define the product & process families and participate to the Value Stream Analysis deployment related to the Product Group.
Contribute to the lean manufacturing workshops and challenge the Industrial Key Performance Indicators and audit scores of the sites related to the Product Group.
Manage supplier relationships; achieve quality and timeliness of deliveries; negotiate logistics parameters.
Set and validate with management the targets for inventory, service rate, logistics costs
Let's talk about you...
Mechanical engineering degree from a well recognized university
At least 1-3 years of experience in automotive sector
Very good level of English
Good knowledge of computer skills; all office programs, (Catia, SAP, etc. would be a plus)
Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country
No military service obligation for male candidates
