/ Works through the leadership team to lead the development and implementation of the factory Production System Strategy, action sand training and designs and executes the BPS tools as tool expert to drive business improvements and implementation and sustaining current and future BSH Standards
/ Facilitate the BPS Essentials and Self-Assessments at factory level and identify performance gaps. Works through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps
/ Conduct the Global BPS assessment as Co- assessor and support the lead assessor during BSH Factories assessment cycle
/ Leads System CIP workshops across the factory to drive short-term and long term factory improvements and leads VSM/VSD workshops to define bottlenecks and create lean flow with E2E approach
/ Supports the continuous improvement teams. Assists in improvement activities (including training, mentoring,) facilitating Kaizen events, tool deployment, benchmarking,etc
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering orrelevantengineeringdepartments
/ Minimum 3 years Manufacturing Engineering / Lean management experience
/ Formal training/certification in Lean tools ( 5S, Standard work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Setup Reduction (SUR), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Material Flow( LMF) and 6 Sigma certification preferred with at least 3 years of related experience
/ Being disciplined, and systematic with a passion for lean and high personal integrity
/ Excellent command of English is a must
/ Driving license with no restriction of worldwide mobility
