GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer with general corporate skills to join the Quality team in MAN Türkiye.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project lead or team lead

· Proven experience in quality management and knowledge of relevant quality methods

· In ideal circumstances experience in bus development or production

· Practical experience with an OEM in the automotive industry

· knowledge of relevant quality methods

· knowledge of relevant methods and tools of project management

· fluent English

· Ideally fluent German

· Assertiveness, negotiation skills and communication skills

· Goal-oriented behaviour and accountability

· Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

· Intercultural competence

· High willingness to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position carries out the tasks of a sub-project manager for quality in product projects, with the focus on bus projects:
· Quality management project/program:set up of project organization quality. End-to-end responsibility regarding quality until market launch.
Planning, steering and tracking of timely and successful performance of quality activities such as risk management, deviation tracking, initial sampling, product audit or infant care to ensure the success of the program. Reporting in committees
· Cross-functional quality steering:with all involved departments. Integration and validation of the functional input. Solving conflicts within the project team, the line organization, the committees
