QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in a similar position in a multi-national company
- MS Office applications knowledge
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good problem identification, analysis and solving skills
- Experience in Maintenance, Project Management, Workshop Management
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Live or willing to live in Osmaniye
İŞ TANIMI
- Lead the ongoing development of maintenance systems and preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist with the preparation of maintenance plan and major shutdown maintenance planning
- Ensure maintenance activities are in compliance with all applicable legal and engineering standards and specifications
- Continuously measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing maintenance systems and facilitate change as required.
- Handling different level people.
- Schedule, manage and work with external contractors, technical consultants and suppliers
- Responsible for developing, updating and effectively communicate execution plans and maintenance procedures
- Responsible for achieving training compliance
