QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Project and Production Preparation Engineer" for our Yazaki Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Ensuring that the new customer project for which he is responsible is followed within the scope of YPMS (Yazaki Project Management System) throughout Yazaki Automotive Turkey (YOT),
- Organizing the project kick-off meeting for the new customer project that is responsible for,
- Determining the project members from all departments together with the YOT senior management in the new customer project he is responsible for, forming a cross-functional project team, preparing the project organization chart and contact lists and ensuring their distribution throughout the company,
- Creating/updating and distributing the project master plan of the new customer project he is responsible for,
- Creation / distribution of detailed activity plans on the basis of project stages and checking that the activities are carried out,
- Coordinating all production preparation activities with the project team and supporting all departments at all stages of the project,
- Contributing to the creation of the department's indirect expenditures budget and staying within the determined budget,
- Contributing to the preparation of action plans for the realization of department targets (in the QIP-quality improvement plan and others) and acting in accordance with the plans,
- Performance evaluation of the project assistant.
QUALIFICATOINS:
- Residence in Bursa
- Good PC Skills (MS Office)
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good command of English both in written and spoken (Part of the interview will be held in English)
- University graduate preferable from engineering fields
