QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical engineering or equivalent departments of the reputable universities
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (specifically manufacturing and project management)
• Self-motivated and having a positive attitude
• Good communicator, dynamic and goal oriented
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (Italian is an asset)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Lives or willing to work in İnegöl/Bursa
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Development of new process related to new products
• Manage all process related to product modification
• Taking responsibility of completion of the projects as per quality, cost and time objectives
• Knowledge for plastic mold steel and mold structure.
• Knowledge for automation systems which generally used in automotive industry as Poka Yoke
• General knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing)
• To contribute PPAP, FMEA, APQP, IATF 16949 process.
• Leading the Cost Reduction Projects
• Playing a big role in most of Kaizens in plant.
• Make a forecast for project budget and prepare the budget plan according to project and annual budget plan to operating new investments.
