QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Project Engineer to be assigned in the R&D center of Insu Teknik Company

We are waiting for the application of the candidates providing the following qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Enginering
Good verbal and written skills in English ( Min. Upper-intermediate )
Min 2 years experienced
Experience in OEM Projects ( Preferably Ford Projects )
Catia, UG and SolidWorks Knowledge
Using project management programs
PPAP , APQP , FMEA knowledge
Good communication skills and Relationship management
Multiple tasks management
Effective Problem solving
For male candidates military status completation

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Making feasibility and cost studies and submitting them for approval,

• Leading & Executing Prototype and sample production and coordination with the relevant departments,

• To follow up PPAP, APQP studies and process design verification

• To manage the entire organization during the transition phase of the project till mass production

• Being interface between the customer and the company

• Managing the customer requests related to the project to the relevant departments

• Project planning and follow-up

• Organizing and managing project meetings

• Executing customer visits

• To follow the mold and apparatus manufacturing process

• Attending design and development meetings

• To identify potential development items and risks in projects and creating solutions

• Directing open issues to the appropriate people and ensuring that results are obtained

• Taking actions to stay within the project time and budget targets
