REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Min. 1-2 years experienced
- Good verbal and written skills in English,
- Will be able to live in Bursa
- Having knowledge of Harness is an asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for understanding customer expectations in terms of products and application in the production. Product Definition in to the plant: Manufacturing BOM, Visual aids and all definitions by technical drawing and customer specification know how.
- Design Change Implementation Leader : Starting from the quotation and the feasibility of the change, implementation coordination with all departments, ensure correct implementation. PSW parts production coordination in the plant inside and also PE / PM / Customer
- Be in contact with Technical Design Centers and Customers.By working with Program Managers / Operational Project Leaders, Ensure the production of the prototypes, pilot and pre serial, PSW parts on time based on the project plans. Provide PSW documents agreed.
- Part of the PFMEA, Equipment Design, Problem Solving Activities, APQP and productivity improvement teams
