How we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelor's Degree in related departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering & Logistics Engineering is a plus),
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Powerpoint etc.),
  • Knowledge of Process Flow, Value Stream Map, Agility, Lean Production, Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation,
  • Ability to use data analytic (Phyton, R, Knime etc.), data visualisation (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau etc.) and simulation (Plant Simulation, Arena, Simul8 etc.) tools,
  • Experience of warehousing, handling, inventory, shipping, logistics operations and projects,
  • Flexibility to adapt continuous operational flow and to travel warehouses in Turkey and in abroad,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,

The position is located in Çayırova.




How will you foster the change?
We are looking for passionate Project Engineer, who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.
  • Analysing, understanding, designing, standardising, documenting and digitalising of warehouses' work and data flow,
  • Determining calculation tecnics of capacities, bottlenecks and shortages of warehousing and distribution operations,
  • Pursuing and executing effciency increase and optimization projects in Turkey and abroad warehouses,
  • Determining tracing and visualisation methods of warehousing and distribution KPI's,
  • Managing transformation and digitalisation projects in Turkey and abroad warehouses,
  • Studying feasibility and make/buy analysis of investment projects and business processes,
  • Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses, managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
  • Making time studies with MTM or other time measurement methods in the warehouses, balancing work distribution, preparing operation plans and process flow charts.
  • Simulating work processes and decision mechanisms, designing work flows accordingly,
  • Deploying best practices to all warehouses.
