QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a Master Planning Engineer for our Gebze factory which is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide! This role will be leading and providing the master plan of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) factory switchgear orders and working with different countries!
What are my responsibilities?
Handling order intakes for MV and LV Switchgear products, organizing necessary group availability and leading factory planning with around 80 different countries.
Drawing up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet dispatch dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Controlling Key Performance Indicators reporting for products includes delivery reliability, lead time and vital landmarks.
Handling revenue plan of the factory.
Monthly follow up potential order intakes.
Monitoring all activities within processes and production, and ensured customers’ requirements were met.
Gathering and distributing weekly and monthly reports to the sector manager and business unit managers to display factory’s latest status with the orders.
Preparing monthly forecast invoice lists and ensuring targets were met.
Coordinating projects status between multi-functional units in terms of efficient forecasting and inventory.
Supervising entire left-over processes within the factory.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering,
- Preferably 2-3 years of switchgear business experience,
- Advanced command of Turkish & English, German is an asset,
- Good in communication and people management,
- Solution oriented, willing to work with different cultures,
- Very good command of MS Office applications,
- Knowledge on switchgear technology.
