QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Senior Student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or in related fields,
- Having an experience in softwares for Portfolio Management is a plus (such as MS Project, Jira)
- Having experience in Project and Technology Management or Portfolio Management is a plus,
- Knowledge of Agile Project Methology,
- Strong knowledge of Statistics, Usage of optimization tool, and Office programmes
- General knowledge of Finance, Source Management,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer-R&D (Technology Management and Project Office) who will join our team at R&D Directorate.
- Keeping R&D project management system update as cooperating with project leaders, team members and plant R&Ds,
- Leading continuous improvements on current configuration of project management system at JIRA software,
- Benchmarking different methologies for portfolio and technology management in worldwide and making improvement plan for current system accordingly,
- Working on lean project management.
