Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,

We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - Production Engineering who will join our Production&Supplier Development Tribe Tech team at WAT Motor Company.

Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs,
-
Experienced in bottleneck and line balancing analysis,
-
Using MTM methodology for optimum workforce to be used for production,
-
Adapting of operations to production tempo’s,
-
Defining standard worker amount according to tempo and processes,
-
Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands,
-
Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
-
Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
-
Adopting new production technologies to operations.
