QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Continuing Master/Doctorate programs is a plus),
- Having attendance to Power Electronics programs,
- Having a good level of knowledge on Switching Power Conversion,
- Having experience in designing HW/SW of Power Electronics projects,
- Having basic to intermediate level of knowledge on system-level implementation of electronic design (Layout, thermal management, component, EMI, Magnetic, Embedded SW…),
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D (Power Electronics) who will join our team at Power Electronics.
- Participating in Research and Development activities of power electronics converter design,
- Supporting Senior Researchers for their activities,
- Performing analysis, design, test, and documentation activities for a given project.
