Analyse customer needs/specifications and develop industrial solutions matching customer requirements and constraints while collaborating with partnering suppliers in line with the company’s strategy.
To prepare and follow a Project plan while ensuring that suppliers perform their business in full, complete and on time.
Identify deficiencies and mistakes on-site during the project and take the necessary actions quickly. Also manage customer interaction with support of sales team during that period.
Defining the scope in the projects and determining the job distribution / responsibilities. Informing relevant stakeholders
To identify non-standard products in customer quotation requests and inform relevant engineering department in the Product Company by informing the relevant product specialist to obtain the necessary proposals and technical information.
Determining the technical specifications required for the RFQ's from our suppliers, evaluating the received offers and following up the order.
Preparing of a presentation for the meeting with the customer for projects (to be supported with the visuals if necessary)
Preparing detailed technical information to highlight the solution during proposal and technical meetings. To make necessary updates in parallel with the changes
Analyse the solutions of the competitors and discuss the solution details in the weekly project meeting
To provide necessary information on the allocation of provision to the relevant Customer Support Responsible during invoicing in cases such as invoicing with short delivery in the projects
Organizing internal & external kick-off meetings and ensuring the participation of the necessary people for the projects. Creating an action plan for open issues in the project and sharing with stakeholders
Regularly sharing of project status reports to customers and stakeholders in the period agreed at the external kick off meeting
Follow-up of the work done by the suppliers in accordance with the plan during project commissioning phase
Perform Tool Accessibility tests, develop solutions accordingly to support sales team and customers with decisions.
