Our Project Manager play a critical role in the success of our products all successful candidates will possess.
Your Assignment:
· Planning and coordination of development projects from definition to production release
· Managing cross-functional project teams
· Project tracking regarding resources, time, cost and quality
· Reporting the project status to the management
· Stakeholder-Management within a cross-functional project environment
· Dedicated first points of contact for general project items for customer representative for Automotive projects
· Defining detailed and clear project planning with regular project status review with team & top management to plan and track open issues by resource planning of the projects is implemented
· Managing engineering design changes
· Leading Incentives programs as Tubitak/Teydeb/Horizon
· Leading R&D feasibility studies resulting with quotation and schedule to fulfill best the customer expectations (RFQ/RFI) with cost effective, targeted time, quality and process improvement objectives (APQP & PPAP)
· Dedicated first points of contact for general project items for customer representative for Automotive projects
· Defining the pain points of the project processes and create possible technical solutions to be implemented in agile way, Problems are clearly identified & follow-ups are tracked/documented. Critical problem are defined & problem identifications/solving methods are used (such as 8D, A3)
· Managing engineering design changes (OEM/ODM/Tier-1)
Your Profile:
· Several years' experience in project management in the context of system level design for the automotive industry
· University degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
· Pro-active efficient communication style and contemporary escalation of problems
· Excellent analytical skills
· Experience in current project management tools
· Knowledge in the fields of ISO 16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 26262
· Fluent in English language and German language (min B1 Level)
