Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines
Advanced level of English language
Minimum 3 year of direct experience supporting operational teams and continuous improvement transformations in a related industry
Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable
Good level of Excel and SAP
Demonstrated ability to build trust and facilitate consensus among cross-functional teams
Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results
Strong influencing/persuasive skills with a demonstrated ability to influence required different styles at different levels in organization
Familiarity with project management principles and application including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and evaluate priorities
Job Description:
Develop, direct, and execute internal operational excellence/process improvement initiatives to drive effective execution of growth and efficiency across business operations activities
Work with and influence department managers and the improvement team on site in the development planning process and prioritize improvement opportunities based on strategy and tactical planning objectives
Provide guidance, expertise, and/or assistance to internal partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively
Design new processes, training material to be represented to the site
Process, policies, and procedure improvements and documentation for efficiency
Owning KPI management process and managing performance management, dashboard developments. Track, calculate KPIs and savings of the improvements
As the leader of the improvement Process of the site, ensure all the ideas are being evaluated and thanked for
Improving already developed culture of continuous improvement, agile and lean thinking by acting as a Change Agent
Act as a role model for the region and help to improve other sites operational excellence activities in other plants
