QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Biology
· Preferably post graduate or PhD graduate in related discipline
· At least 7 years of experience in new product formulation development studies within the scope of R&D in the pharma industry,
· Experience in developing products for EU and US markets and well-versed in EU and US regulations (Prefered)
· Full knowledge of and experience in the use of Lab Scale and pilot production equipment
· Experience in project management and full knowledge of the process
· Full knowledge of TÜBİTAK/TEYDEB Project and experience in managing a project
· Experience in risk-based product evaluation
· Knowledgeable about QbD,
· Excellent command of English (Prefered)
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Follow-up and management of new product development processes for domestic and international markets
· Follow-up and management of product improvement works
· Training of subordinates,
· Preparation, control and follow-up of related procedures within the department,
· Ensuring intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination regarding R&D processes,
· Following up internal and external customer relation
· Following up laws and regulations, changes, dynamics and innovations in pharma industry locally and globally
