QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Graduation from Engineering departments of the Universities

Having experience on HVAC or automotive industry will be prefered

Preferably more than 5 years relevant experience buying rubbers such as PVC and felts
English skills both for writing and speaking are important for us
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, (SAP, Oracle, Micro, Dia or similar ERP program knowledge is preferred)
Domestic and abroad travel flexibility
Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills
No military obligations for men candidates

Handle all purchasing duties including preparing and follow up orders in accordance with customers orders and forecasts,

requests for quotes, order confirmations, expediting, delivery arrangements and assist Account Payable to resolve payments, etc.

Price negotiations with our suppliers and also maintaining agreements

Taking an active role on localizations of the raw materials to replace imported goods

To negotiate and maintain relationships with Logistics companies

To optimize logistic costs

To manage alternative supplies or supplier activities,

To follow up relevant import documents

To work collaboratively with our colleagues in Czech republic
To work in collaboration with our quality department and warehouse

Evaluate the performance of the external providers periodically

Participate and support in the conduct of external provider audits, where applicable

Advice and coach concerned staff in supporting departmental purchasing activities

Management Collaborate with Sales to establish agility and good inventory control Ensure no stock-out
