QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
PERFEKTÜP AMBALAJ SANAYI VE TICARET AŞ, member of The Bell Group of Companies established in 1955, manufacturing aluminium tubes, laminate tubes and aerosol cans for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and stationary industries, is now seeking for “Purchasing Engineer” for its Supply Chain Department based in Topkapı plant Istanbul
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong oral and written communication and problem solving skills
- Familiar with ERP systems
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares and issues purchase orders and agreements timely and according to needs
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and inspects the quality and quantity of purchased items guaranteeing it is according to order and resolving wrong-comings and/or informing relevant responsible
- Orders goods such as office supplies in order to guarantee availability
- Inventories in order to determine which ones need to be purchased
- Enters data concerning inventory and order amounts into a database
- Ensures the timely update of the shipment file by registering timely every shipment and informing accounting for invoicing
- Prepares proposals, requests quotes, and negotiates purchase terms and conditions.
- Monitors supplier performance and resolves issues and concerns
