QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Brusa Seating; with current workforce of 400, manufacturing passenger seating solutions for commercial vehicle sector,
is looking for candidates to be employed as part of management team.
- Graduate from an Engineering Faculty of a University (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineer) or Business Administration.
- Must be fluent in Turkish and English (German language will be considered a plus),
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experince in SAP will be considered a plus.
- Experience in management and in leading purchasing team.
- Analitical approach, strong communication and persuasiveness skills are essential.
- Good in reporting techniques and skills.
- No military oblication for male candidates.
- Living in Bursa.
İŞ TANIMI
- Look for alternative suppliers which can be approved in line with company sourcing policy and material requirements.
- Continual cost improvements by studying through existing and new suppliers.
- Prepare Purchasing budget.
- Contract management.
- Prepare and record supplier agreements.
- Evaluate cost analysis from suppliers.
- Management and administration of Purchasing team.
- Follow up domestic and import metarial stocks and ensure timely supply of material needs.
- Plan and control production-stock-supply process.
- Generate orders,work out material usage rates, stock levels and production plan.
- Deternine optimum stock levels and make sure these levels are kept.
- Report to the senior management regularly regarding pending orders, metarial usage rates,stock levels and production
- Cooperate with head of Quality Assurance department when necessary to improve inwards metarial quality and sustainability.
- Follow up necessary actions and lead the team concerning metarial management.
