QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Intermat Flexible Packaging is manufacturing flexible packaging for food, hygiene and healthcare sectors.
We are located at Hadimkoy - Istanbul and looking for Procurement / Purchasing Executive. General requirments are listed below;
- Minimum ten years work experience in Procurement / Purchasing Management
- University graduaded
- Procurement / Purchasing experience in flexible packaging raw materials will be a plus.
- English language must be fluent in written and spoken
- Experience in monitoring the price proposals,negotitatingand making strategic purchasing regarding to weekly and monthly budgets
- Good communucaiton skills
- No military obligation
İŞ TANIMI
- Making market analysis for the raw materails and taking price offers from different suppliers
- Preparation of inquires, technical and commercial clarification,issuing the purchase order andtracking the order till delivery of the warehouse
- Working together with Production Planning department and prepairing ordersregarding to MRP needs.
- Analysing the raw material prices, market trends and preparing monthly reports
- Forcasting the purchasing budget with the help of MRP systems.
