QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are the one of the biggest companies in production industry. Position is based in Tuzla-Gebze and will be reporting to Purchasing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Engineering

• Min. 7 years of experience in purchasing department

• Fluent English

• Adaptive to the challenging environment

• Advanced level of MS Office and knowledge of ERP is an asset

Residence at Anatolian side of İstanbul ( obligatory)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting sourcing process in line with the Production demands .

• Building and managing effective business relationships with global & local commodity/specialties suppliers

• Monitoring logistics process of main commodities,

• Observing core and sub-markets & global price trends and preparing related reports

• Analyzing costs on ERP, budget realization, cost breakdown and preparing reports for the category

• Maintaining long term and reliable relationships with suppliers developing alternatives in accordance with our strategy

• Contributing for cost saving projects with a collaboration of internal stakeholders
