Now, we are hiring a Purchasing Manager to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

  • Working with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth line of communication so that all requirements are met effectively
  • Interacts with the Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers and the Receiver to ensure accurate requisitions
  • Preparation of orders in line with business requirements
  • Follows up pending Purchase Request or order
  • Handles Emergency Purchase Request
  • Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
  • Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
  • Developing the Hotel purchasing strategy

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field may be required
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in the relevant management software programs
  • Negotiation skills
  • Great organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent networking and time management skills
  • Fluency English and Turkish
