Now, we are hiring a Purchasing Manager to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
- Working with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth line of communication so that all requirements are met effectively
- Interacts with the Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers and the Receiver to ensure accurate requisitions
- Preparation of orders in line with business requirements
- Follows up pending Purchase Request or order
- Handles Emergency Purchase Request
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
- Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
- Developing the Hotel purchasing strategy
Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field may be required
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs
- Negotiation skills
- Great organizational and planning skills
- Excellent networking and time management skills
- Fluency English and Turkish
