QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Purchasing Specialist to join our growing team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing preferably in F&B, Restaurants or FMCG sector,
- Experienced in direct and indirect purchasing, planning, stock control,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills,
- Proactive and have analytical mindset,
- Positive attitude, result oriented approach and strong team player,
- Ability of spoken and written English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make competetive Pricing agreements for all kind of buying needs (indirect products, equipments, services etc.)
- Assure longterm and predictable pricing protocols for core products
- To be ERP team member for whole procurement and logistics system design
- Report and Assist all indirect procurement process in cooperation with related functions
- Execution of planing, ordering and stock management operations
- Budgeting and financial planning knowledge
- Conduct Supplier Development Process and supplier assessments
