- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Military service completed for male candidates,
- No travel restriction,
- Residency in Tire
Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of job experiences in purchasing,
- Experience in purchasing techniques and purchasing budget management,
- Experience in Import-Export operation
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade rules and legislation
- Knowledge and experience in logistics operations
- Time management and process management ability,
- Strong teamwork, coordination and communication skills,
- Capable of analytical thinking and solution oriented
Job description :
- Obtain offers, make price negotiations and agreements with suppliers
- Compare and select the optimum supplier and offer considering price, quality and logistics,
- Preparation of the purchase orders and following the process with local and international suppliers,
- Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements,
- Continual cost improvements by studying through existing and new suppliers
- Planning and handling international transportation
- Organizing customs clearance of import operations of the raw materials, following up operations from the beginning to the end
- Preparing import documentation and checking compliance of them
- Reporting periodically all of purchasing activities,
- Tracking stocks
