QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Kopaş Cosmetics has been founded in 1974 with several categories as personal care, baby nutrition and baby care. Kopaş has produced more than 1300 kinds of products as environmentally sensitive in Turkey, the world's many points are met with consumers. - Dr. Beckmann, special cleaning products for consumers in the category of house cleaning.
- Bachelor degree,
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in Consumer Goods or Cosmetics,
- Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set deadlines,
- SAP Knowledge is a plus,
- Develop plans and projects to reduce costs and create savings,
- Negotiate prices for the raw-materials and packages according to shortage, payment conditions, delivery options as per the market dynamics and operation challenges,
- Complete vendor or product analysis when sourcing new products or looking for alternatives,
- Partner with R&D team on product development initiatives that require support from procurement,
- Manage overall 3rd Party relationships to ensure raw material supplier, product supply, increased process efficiencies and best practices,
