Leading seven PUE-Engineers within DC/PUE13-Bu2 organisation as a Team Leader,
Leading Localization Projects where Quality, Cost and Logistic aspects are taken into consideration,
Representing Purchasing Organization in RPP teams (Lead Product Tracking)
Support the Head of Department with KPI Tracking and the Daily tracking of the PUE Tasks within the operation,
Coordinating the team also in regards of new projects/parts and capacity distribution among the PUE-Engineers,
Achieve KPIs with optimum usage of capacities of the team members for Ratio Project, Outsourcing and Extended Workbench decisions. Additionally the applicant must have an eye on PUE Processes combined with CIP activities for further improvements
Establish plans and strategies to develop suppliers to achieve Rexroth standards,
Previous job experience as a purchasing engineer is important, the candidate has to have experience in high volume manufacturing environment, technical products and especially should have knowledge in diverse production processes such as milling, turning, casting, stamping etc.,
Must be a very good communicator, self-driven, a leader, a motivator and a very detailed and technically process oriented person,
To have a sense of urgency is vitally important for this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Purchasing or as a technical buyer
Knowledge of Processes such as; milling, turning, casting, stamping etc. preferred
Capable of supporting multiple projects and functions in a fast paced global environment.
Must be competent to read technical drawings, utilize setup, process and quality assurance documentation in order to assure the quality of parts required.
Should have excellent communication with personnel at all levels of the organization as well as suppliers.

Able to work independently under pressure and being self-driven
