QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Quality Assurance and Regulatory Specialist to join the GODİVA Turkey Quality Assurance Departmentin Gebze/Kocaeli. Position requires good knowledge and experience on regulatory field based on job description below. Candidates who have regulatory experience will be preffered.The position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below ;

    What Will Be Your Responsibilities?


    • Lead Regulatory communication within Regulatory teams (local-regional-global) as well as cross-functionally
    • Coordinate all regulatory-labelling activities for all imported-exported Food and food contact packaging items,
    • Following local (TGK) legislation, ensure compliance of labelling and food safety studies in the warehouse,
    • Implement regular QA activities to ensure food safety and quality standard’s (ISO, BRC etc..) requirements are achieved in the site,
    • Direct involved within external certification audits of 3rd party audit company.
    • Manage Food Safety non-conformances by coordinating corrective/preventive actions to be taken by all respective teams,
    • Sustain and develop continuously Food Safety standards the site has by improving procedures-polices, training programs and within a planned activity, organizing quality training for warehouse and all pick and pack operation’s staff.
    • Managing customer complaints by supporting the detailed investigation,
    • Provide technical support on new products and facilitate new product standard setting in QA respective,



    Which Qualifications Do We Expect?


    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering.
    • At least total 5 years of experience in relevant Quality Assurance and regulatory ( Regulatory experience is must at least 3 years ). Food/Beverage (chocolate is plus) production/regulatory experience preferred,
    • Knowledge of food laws and experience with food regulations(TGK and GSO for GCC), with particular expertise in labelling/regulation,
    • Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP), Food-safety and hygiene certificates. Knowledge of Food safety principles and systems such as FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, AIB standards,
    • Resilient, ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, working under tight deadlines,
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
    • Flexible for domestic travelling,
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with superior communication skills,
