  • Preferably graduated from food engineering faculty,
  • Min. 3 year of experience in the food industry,
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make company operations more efficient while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interact appropriately with all levels of the organization, and represent the area professionally
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and food technology standards
  • Excellent grasp of concepts and practice of Efficiency and Productivity
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) programs;
  • Good understanding and use of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
  • Ability to work in shifts and alternative production hours,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Planning and working in harmony in a multicultural environment,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Reliable and high level of professional integrity,
  • Living in Bandırma.

DESCRIPTION

  • Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Participates in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions within the Production Department,
  • Plans, monitors and evaluates business results; provides training and discipline to employees.
  • Manages KPIs related with production lines,
  • Inform and guide employee on the use of checkpoints, equipment and resources. It provides a clean and safe working environment for the personnel.
  • Ensures implementation and compliance of HSE guidelines in the production area,
  • Observes the quality of raw materials and final products,
  • Manages processes and material flows. Works to maximize equipment utilization. Monitors material orders.
  • Helps develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality and Management Systems.
  • Ensures that employees receive on-the-job training and these trainings are documented,
  • Accompanies inspections in its sector and takes corrective actions in case of deviations.
