Job Description

  • To check and to guide the application of the flow of non-conformities with the team, and to do on-site practices for the methodology;
  • To organize trainings about the methodology for assistants, formen and technical team, considering the demand;
  • To assist specialists in prioritizing chronic non-conformities that will be worked on specific projects;
  • To assist specialist in defining triggers for non-compliance analysis.
  • To guide the team for the correct methodology application in unit meetings.
  • To monitor the daily assessment of 5S by the team;
  • To conduct training of 5S evaluators (train evaluators in the 5S evaluation method).
  • To organize the self-audit in the unit and to carry out the communication of the self-audit processes to the areas that will be evaluated;
  • To carry out self-assessment in all areas;
  • To develop and to follow-up the action plans related to SEO.
  • To keep CIQ program records (team registration, CIQ ranking, work registration, CIQ program indicators). To analyze CIQ indicators;
  • To evaluate best practices and to help sharing it in the company;
  • To provide PDCA training as required.
  • To manage and to control documents in the standardization system, ensuring updating of document and record controls;
  • To audit standards application and availability for the production area;
  • To guide production team in the methodology for preparing process maps
  • To validate RSA and the unit's tactical plan with the managers;
  • To manage MEREO system;
  • To train leaders and technical staff in the methodology for GPD;
  • To disseminate the culture of Strategic Management and Routine Management.
  • To monitor the evolution of SEO adherence, performing self-assessments with an action plan to improve results.
  • To verify the application of management methodologies and continuous improvement in the daily routine;
  • To organize unit’s agenda, checking meetings compliance considering SEO standards;
  • To support plant manager in action plans follow-up.


Qualifications

  • Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Engineering or related fields,
  • Preferably Intermediate level English,

  • Min. 2 years of experience in any management system implementation/ standardization tools,
  • Strong organizational, analytical thinking, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills,
  • Quick learner, collaborative, effective communicator,
  • Result oriented,
  • Good knowledge of MS (Word/Excel/PowerPoint),
  • Good Knowledge in area indicators and management tools,
  • Good Knowledge of methodologies and tools for analysis,
  • Good Knowledge of the management system standards and structure, focusing on the documentation requirements,
  • Good Knowledge in correlation of results,
