QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our global client which is the leading supplier of coatings for industrial applications is looking for an "Quality Assurance and Control Leader” with the following requirements for its production facility in Çerkezköy:
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- 4-5 years of experience as Quality Assurance and Control in Operation / manufacturing activities
- Quality Management (QM/QC) experience and based experience in powder technology preferable
- ISO 9001-2015 certified auditor
- English: fluent (Spoken and written)
Primary Function :
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (100 %):
- Leading, controlling and driving the QMS on site
- Defines and drives site specific improvement projects with quality focus:
- Product, Service and Process excellence - “Right first time internal and external”.
- Is responsible for constantly improving local Quality performance and maintaining the QMS system.
- Leading the Internal and managing the external audit in view of ISO9001-2015
- Leading Quality Control including managing the QC team on site
Position Description:
- The Site Quality leader understands the different quality elements and issues and facing the business within the site and its environment.
- He/she works with the various departments on site and across the network to ensure effective programs are in place to manage quality to improve customer satisfaction, reduce customer dissatisfaction and reduce cost.
