QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SKILLS
- University Degree from Engineering or Technical departments
- Min 5 years of experience in Quality especially in Automotive industry is desirable
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, internal auditor certified candidates preferable
- Experience with SAP QM module
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of quality tools: 8D report, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP etc.
- Excellent mechanical comprehension with the ability to understand, describe and discuss problems of a technical nature
- Good capacity for analytical and problem solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Willingness for occasional travel domestic and abroad is a must
- Must have driving license and active driving experience
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Living or able to live Corlu or Cerkezkoy location
ROLES
- Implementation and monitoring of quality assurance procedures and processes
- Driving quality strategy and targets in area of responsibility and applies to appropriate reporting tools
- Managing quality system & automotive customers’ requirements with deep knowledge in quality with required certification
- Ensuring that manufacturing and production processes meet customer standards
- Leading customer complaint reporting and monitors supplier quality complaints and issues actively
- Working closely with quality management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets
- Becoming a link and a part of an international team that started factory transformation to prepare it for SAP implementation and IATF certification
- Managing/Following the internal corrective/preventive actions
- Responsible of maintenance and calibration of the quality devices in the laboratories
- Leading the root cause analysis in cooperation with production
- Planning and leading to internal and external audits
- Planning and execution of employee trainings and instructions
- Reporting of defined KPI-Q to senior management
