QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 'Quality Assurance Engineer' with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering department,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance/control area of a manufacturing company preferably in automotive industry (Machining is an asset)
- Knowledge of the quality standards for automotive industry (such as IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing)
- Having IATF 16949 internal auditor or VDA 6.3 process auditor certificate is preferable,
- Has a knowledge in Core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
- Has a knowledge in Problem solving methodologies (8D, ishikawa, 5-why analysis etc.)
- Has a knowledge in Technical drawing interpretation and geometric tolerances
- Fluency in spoken and written English (German is an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferable,
- Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking

- Ensure appropriate work environment for the team
- Excellent command of English ability and fluent speaking
- Having B Class Driver License

Job Description
- Managing and improving quality system by means of preparation of quality documentations & reporting (Control plans/forms, daily KPIs, Cost of Poor Quality, monthly reports)
- Developing quality improvement projects, cost of poor quality reduction activities
- Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing process quality key indicators in a systematic approach to define the root causes and solve the problems (6 Sigma or similar methods)
- Managing metrology & calibration laboratory activities and employees
- Managing Capability, SPC & MSA activities
- Planning and performing product audits
- Maintaining and auditing of plant internal quality system requirements
- Support Process FMEA activities
