We are seeking a “Quality Certification and Compliance Manager” to take part in required documentation activities and audit activities within the scope of quality and process management.



Desired Skills and Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering fields
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality area and systems
  • Experience and knowledge in management systems of quality, occupational health and safety (CMMI 1.3 Maturity Level 3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2)
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Versatile, flexible and who pays attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and planning skill
  • Willing to learn and keen to develop, continual improvement focus is an absolute must
  • High command of English both written and spoken
  • Located or eager to relocate in İzmir

Key Responsibilities

  • To meet the required documentation activities (procedure / instruction / form / metric / report) and audit activities within the scope of quality and process management,
  • To create and update the corporate process / project and quality documentation by following CMMI 1.3 level3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and SOC2 standards,
  • To carry out product internal audit activities,
  • To carry out corrective and preventive actions and follow them,
  • Establishing the determined institutional process and project metrics and reporting their disputes under target values,
  • Participating in audit activities implemented by external organizations,
  • Creating corporate quality and process management training records, participating in customer satisfaction management activities.
