QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Döktaş Dökümcülük is a leading company in Turkey specialized in manufacturing of pig, ductile and aluminium castings supplied to automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery industry. Döktaş which has three plants and 2500 employees in Turkey was acquired by Güriş Holding in July 2018.
We are looking for a “Quality Manager” with the following features to work together in our production facilities located Wheel Plant in Manisa.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical orMechanical Engineering from reputable universities
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management in automotive industry preferably wheel processes
- Good command of English both written & spoken
- Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949
- Knowledge and experience in Core Tools (MSA,SPC,APQP, PPAP)
- Knowledge about 8D reporting methodology
- Good communication, team management and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and planning skills
- Analytic and result oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP QM module
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To set the quality targets accordingly with company’s strategy and customers expectations
- Responsible for implementation of the quality systems and polices
- To ensure the continuous improvement of the process, product and quality system
- Being a role model in increasing quality awareness
- To support new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction activities by integrating quality tools in the process
- To manage customer complaints, provide responses, and determine corrective and preventative actions
- To cooperate with group companies and prepare periodic reports
